Hello! I'm Erika and I'm 19 years old from New Zealand. I lived in a small town named Cromwell for almost my entire life before moving to Christchurch in 2024 to pursue tertiary education. I would like to become an Au pair, Nanny, or Live in Tutor because I love caring for children. I get along very well with kids as I've grown up with four younger siblings (ages 4, 9, 13, 17) and many younger cousins (ages <1, 2, 7, 13). I am a very clean and tidy person, always picking up after myself and for others when needed. I am also very organised and am good at sticking to schedules and routines. I would love the opportunity to travel overseas and be an Au Pair, Nanny, or Live in Tutor for your family!

Experience

I have spent a lot of time caring for and looking after all of my younger siblings and cousins, such as spending quality time with them, making meals for them, getting them ready for school or bed, and completing homework with them. I also have a lot of leadership experience for younger students from my old high school which has given me experience working with children of all ages and from all different backgrounds. I have babysat for friends of my family on occasions where they needed someone to look after their daughter. Their daughter was around 2-3 years of age and my role was to play with her, look after her while she slept, brush her hair and get her ready for bed, and assist her in going to the bathroom.
