My name is Róisín and I am a 20 year old Law and Irish student, studying in University College Cork in Ireland. I speak English and Irish fluently, and I am passionate about improving my language skills. I currently have a part-time job where I work as a waitress. I am also an active member of my University's Law Society and I host workshops and competitions for all students on debating.

I am a very creative individual, I enjoy painting and making art pieces. I am interested in travelling to new places, having new experiences and immersing myself in nature.

Experience

I want to work as an au pair because I thoroughly enjoy working with kids. I worked at a kids educational camp for 4 weeks in summer 2024. I organised art classes, sport and dance activities for the kids. I spent a lot of time with the children and I helped them improve their Irish language skills. This was an incredibly rewarding experience.

I also want to improve my French skills. I am very interested in French language and culture. I studied beginners French in Lyon for 4 weeks last summer and I want to practice speaking French and improving my language skills.
