Hello,

My name is Ksenia, I am 22 years old and I live in Cologne, Germany.
I am caring, patient, responsible and very positive. After finishing my Bachelor of Science in Business IT in august 2025, I would love to take a year or two to experience a new culture and broaden my horizon. I would love to gain further experience in childcare by building on the already existing knowledge.

My experience with childcare comes from babysitting children of my parents' friends, tutoring, having an 8 years younger sister and volunteering in summer camps. I bring a calming energy into the environment, but am fun to be around, open to all sorts of activities and organized.
My Hobbies: I love reading and crocheting or other crafts, but also horse-back riding, listening to music and all kinds of dancing. Besides, travelling and getting to know new cultures is a big passion of mine.
Also, I am interested in cooking.

For my work-related future I hope to do a remote Masters degree in my free time while being an au pair, so that I can directly start working after returning. Aside from that I plan on continuing to volunteer in the organisation I am a part of now.

My mother tongues are Russian and German (my family is Ukrainian, but came to Germany 25 years ago), but I am fluent in English as well, I have a certificate for that and participated in a semester abroad in Dublin, Ireland to gain practical experience. My Spanish and French are on an intermediate level and I can understand Ukrainian.

I am excited about the opportunity to be an au pair and help a family!
