Hello, thanks for checking out my profile. My name is Gaia and I'm 19 years old. If you're looking for an au pair with lots of energy, you've come to the right place. I'm a lover of games, outdoor adventures, and arts and crafts. Although I am still young myself, I've found this to be an advantage that allows me to grow a better sense of trust with the child, or children, I am caring for.

If you are searching for a tutor as well, I would love to help. As a 2020 high school graduate, I have earned my International Baccalaureate Diploma as well as an Honors Diploma. Throughout my academic career thus far, I have been exposed to various types of teaching methods including many international methods. I am quite comfortable in the subject areas of Mathematics (from elementary to higher-level), Biology and other sciences, Sports education, and English, including both language and literature aspects.

Experience

Becoming an au pair would be a new experience for me, though I am confident that with the right family, I will be able to learn and adjust to your needs. I have always loved working with children of all ages. Having two younger brothers myself, I have learned the importance of patience and consistency when dealing with situations of all sorts. It also means that I am a big sister, so if you are looking for an au pair who can be a "big sister" figure to your children, then I would be more than happy to do so.

If given the opportunity to become an au pair abroad, I would be very willing to learn new language skills and adapt to a family's unique lifestyle. I enjoy learning about different cultures and spending time in places I am not yet accustomed to. I believe that there is always something to learn and take away from an experience.

I am also comfortable with pets and happy to help around the house.
