Letter to the family
Originally translated from Español
Dear family members,
My name is Noelia, I am 21 years old. Regarding my professional training, in addition to completing my secondary education, I hold two official qualifications: the Intermediate Vocational Training Course in Care for People in Situations of Dependency and the Advanced Vocational Training Course, which certifies me as a Technician in Early Childhood Education. I am currently in my first year of a degree in Pedagogy at university.
I decided to apply to be an Au Pair because I am deeply motivated by the idea of living abroad during my summer vacation, where I can work with children from a perspective different from that of my home country. I am particularly interested in learning about other cultures, ways of living together, family routines and habits, as well as the ways in which children are supported in their daily development. I believe this experience will not only be enriching on a personal level, but also very valuable for my professional development.
I consider myself a responsible, independent person with great ability to care for one or two children. My passion for children and my training have allowed me to gain experience in both educational and family settings. During my studies, I completed a three-month internship and also worked as a nanny in Spain, which has allowed me to apply my knowledge in diverse, real-life situations.
I deeply enjoy spending time with children and firmly believe in the importance of learning with and from them. I respect each child's individual rhythms and strive to accompany them with patience, empathy, and dedication at every stage. I am willing to teach Spanish to the children in the family and, at the same time, am open to learning the language spoken at home.
I consider myself an ideal candidate for the Au Pair position, as I not only have a solid academic background related to childcare and education, but also a positive, open, and committed attitude. I am qualified to assume this responsibility and am convinced that I can make a significant contribution to the well-being and development of your children.
I am extremely excited about the possibility of joining a family that welcomes me with love, enthusiasm, and the desire to share their culture and traditions. I am sure this experience will be deeply enriching for both of us.
Thank you for considering my application. I would be happy to answer any questions and provide any additional information you deem necessary.
Best regards,
Noelia.
