Letter to the family

Hello ! I am Marion ;) I am 23 years old.
I am French and I would like to discover another culture and improve my English. I like children, it would be a pleasure to take care of your children.
I have a driving licence. I don't smoke. I love sports. I live in the countryside and I love it and I love also beautiful landscapes
I am passionate about languages, I speak English, Spanish, and I learn Italian and Portuguese.

My family :
My father was a soldier in the French army for 35 years and my mother is an agricultural worker.
I have a big brother, he is 26 years old.
At home, I have a lot of animals, such as chicken, a dog, cats, donkeys and a horse. I love them and I appreciate take care of them, so if you have animals, it is not a problem, on the contrary I will be very happy !

My personality:
I am a woman very optimistic. If I don't know people I can be shy but I'm very curious to meet new people. I am a hardworking person.
I am open-minded even if I know that it is a personality trait that develops every day and even more so through contact with a foreign culture. I love my country and my culture, but I want to discover yours. I could also introduce you to some French customs and teach the family some French ;)

My education:
I have a literary baccalaureate (the main subjects were French, foreign languages and history).
I also hold a degree in applied foreign languages during which I studied Spanish, Italian and Russian.
I am currently finishing a master's degree in applied foreign languages where I study English, Italian and Portuguese. This sector mainly involves us studying translation, interpretation and cultural and intercultural mediation. We also have language courses and history of countries who speak the languages we study.

Experience

I have experience babysitting for a few months with a young boy (6 years old).

I want to take care of kind and respectful children, as if they were part of my real family.
I expect from my au pair stay that I will develop my level of English. I want to integrate into a warm and understanding host family, which is open to exchanges. I want to learn a new way of living (the American way of living) because I know little about American culture.
I would like to have a car available to be able to travel during my free time;)
