Letter to the family

Hello
My name is Anna Kovacs. I’m from Hungary.
I’m 19 years old, I will be 20 in March.
My dream is to go to Japan. I once spent a month in Hiroshima as part of a scholarship program, and I really enjoyed it. I gained a lot of new experiences and memories.

I’ve been thinking about how I could go back to Japan, and that’s when the idea of volunteering came to mind. I am open-minded and always try to do my best. I’m happy to take on any tasks.

I speak a little Japanese and am currently learning it. My English is at an intermediate level, and my native language is Hungarian.

At the moment, I’m doing my internship at a nursery, and I really love working with children. I enjoy playing with them, and after I complete my internship and exams in May, I will receive a qualification in early childhood education and care. My internship lasts until mid-June, but I am free in July and could stay for a maximum of one month.

Experience

. I have been doing my internship at a nursery for 9 months, taking care of children aged 1 to 3. I really enjoy working with young children and have gained valuable experience in caring for them. In addition to this, I often look after my younger brothers, who are 6 and 8 years old, which has helped me develop patience, responsibility, and creativity in engaging with kids.

I would love to become an au pair abroad because I want to gain new experiences, improve my language skills, and learn more about different cultures. Japan is my dream destination, and I hope to immerse myself in its daily life while doing something I truly enjoy—caring for children.
