Letter to the family

Hello, my name is Mireia, and I’m 20 years old. I’m finishing my professional training in early childhood education this year, so I would be available from May. I love spending time with children and playing with them, especially with my 2-year-old niece. At first, I am a bit shy, but once I feel comfortable, I become more open, kind, and empathetic. I like helping others and making sure everyone around me is doing well.

I believe that early childhood education is very important for a child's future, and I love being able to contribute to their growth. One of my dreams is to be an au pair. I want to live in another country, meet new people, and become part of a family. I also want to improve my English, and I think being an au pair would help me learn a lot.

I want to be an au pair because I love being with children and I am very interested in learning about new cultures. This experience will allow me to combine my passion for working with kids with my desire to live in another country and learn about their daily life. Being an au pair will give me the chance to help a family while joining their routine, and it will help me grow both personally and professionally while doing something I enjoy.

Experience

I have a 2-year-old niece that I enjoy spending time with and taking care of, which has given me experience with young children. Last year, I had the opportunity to spend two weeks in a forest school, where I learned about outdoor education and a different way of teaching young children. This year, I am already doing internships in nursery schools, where I will complete about 400 hours, which will give me more experience in education and working with children.
