Hello! My name is Michelle, but everyone calls me Michi.

I am a Nicaraguan-born woman raised in the United States, where I became fluent in both English and Spanish. My passion for childcare and my desire for new cultural experiences have led me to become an au pair.

I have worked as a Registered Behavioral Technician at an autism center, where I developed treatment plans and implemented behavior strategies for children. I focus on creating safe and engaging environments for children to explore and learn. Additionally, my experience as a preschool teacher assistant helped me build nurturing and supportive learning spaces.
