Hiya! I'm Evelyn, about to go into my second year of studying at Dundee University as an English and creative writing student. I took a year out after school to gain my qualification in Social Services (Children and Young People) as a modern apprentice. I thoroughly enjoyed the time I spent working in the nursery and hope to continue and gain more experience in a similar environment. I've always been fond of children, growing up I had a baby sister who I'd often help out with and loved being the role of a big sister. I'm a quick learner and am able to adjust to routines and a new setting in a short amount of time. I'm approachable and open to criticism, I find the best way to ensure the children's care is by communicating well with the parents. I'm not afraid to ask questions and will do so in order to give the children the best possible care that I can provide. I am only available during the summer up until September but am open to discuss flexibility for starting dates.
