Hello! My name is Alexandra or Lexie (whichever you prefer), and I'm an 18-year-old Scottish law student. I have a history of working with children ages 5-12 through a program in Scotland called Active Schools, in which I would host week-long summer sports camps and deliver sporting activities to disadvantaged kids. I gained first-aid qualifications through this, a PVG (this ensures I have no criminal history for the safety of children), and a deep love for working with children of many ages in a fun and safe manner.
One of my main passions is exploring and trying new things so I'd love to spend time helping any family in a new, exciting environment.
I am a very ambitious person; I value my education and my work ethic immensely, as it is something about myself that I am very proud of. When I'm not studying, I think of myself as quite a passionate and creative person. I absolutely love music, and when I have the time, a concert is likely where you will find me! You can also probably find me up a mountain, given the chance, I'm lucky enough that a good hiking trail is never too far away from me at home in Scotland.
In my opinion, new experiences can shape you, so, I take any opportunity I can to try something new. From my passion for travelling to new places, learning about new cultures, working hard, and helping mentor children, I fully believe becoming an Au Pair would be a perfect fit for me.
