Why do I want to become an au pair?
I want be apart of this au par experience because I hope to gain new opportunities in different countries working with children and the parents. I want to enrich myself and take in the lay of land and learn all of its wonders it has to offer. I'm a at point in my life where I want to solo travel and be this nineteen year old sponge. Im looking forward to broadening my childcare experience to other countries for my bachelors/masters in Speech Language Pathology. My goal is to empower and support families with children with new knowledge in every aspects of their life.

My experience with children:
Growing up I've been surrounded by children all my life, I'm one the of the oldest cousins in my family which meant that I had a lot of babysitting experience. Since the age of 16 I've been taking care of my two young twin cousins and still do till this day. During the summer of 2022, I babysat a family friend little daughter who is 6 years old. Right now, I am currently a teachers aide at a special needs children school and a part-time babysitter for a UK family in the states. I have been working with the family for about two months they have a son who is (9) and on the spectrum and two daughters one in elementary and the other one in middle school. ages (6,12).
