Gigi (22 / Ms. ), American, Teacher living in Costa Rica looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal & Spain for 4-6 Months

Hii!! I'm Gigi. I'm a 22y/o girl currently studying my last year of Early Childhood Education major. I am half american, half argentinean, meaning I was raised in a bilingual household speaking English with my dad while Spanish with my mom, both fluently of course! I also studied in a bilingual school yet I live in a beautiful spanish speaking country, Costa Rica. Besides this two languages I also know some German basics, A2.

I have always loved kids, they're my passion and I would love to experience something like this. Meeting new cultures, getting to know a new family and being part of it, visiting new places, etc, and what better than doing it with kids? Love!!

I'm a very social person, super approachable and very loving. In terms of personality I'd definitely consider myself an extrovert! I'm super talkative and like to joke around! I'm also a little bit shy at first but once I get comfortable I'm super sweet:)

I consider myself a very hard worker, I currently work as a co-teacher in kindergarten (5-6y/o) in an international school. I've worked with nursery too (1.5 to 3) and with second grade (8-9) which was in a Montessori based school.

I love animals, I grew up in a house where we would always have at least 5 dogs! We currently have 8 dogs and 6 cats so I would not have any problem with helping with pet care at home.

I would define myself as the perfect combination of a friend and of a figure of authority, I know when to say no but I also enjoy being like a big sister to all my little students. I love spending time with children playing, talking and I have the splendid ability that kids usually like me very easily too, which of course, makes me very happy.

To me, there is no doubt of the career I chose. I love kids, I love my students and adore creating such strong connections with them. My job is my passion and I wouldn’t change it for anything.

I am not looking for a specific destination, more like a specific type of family!
I'm looking for a family who wants another family member, not a maid.Of course, if you need me to help with anything at home I'll be happy to do it, as in my own home everyone has responsabilities & chores!

I want to be part of your family and be able to consider your kids as my siblings and create a wonderful bond with them! Hopefully of course with the parents too:) The goal is for everyone to feel comfortable with this experience and enjoy it as much as possible!


I am very excited to see if I can match with a family as loving as I am and enjoy this experience as much as the host family!
