Hi there! My name is Lindsay, and I am so excited about the chance to become an au pair. I’m originally from Madison, Wisconsin, and I’ve always loved working with kids, exploring new places, and connecting with people from different backgrounds. I currently work in a restaurant and, in my spare time, I enjoy arts and crafts, photography and videography, and spending time outdoors—whether it’s jogging, going for walks, or just enjoying the beautiful Wisconsin scenery. I’m always looking for opportunities to learn and grow through new experiences.

I’ve had a lot of experience caring for children over the years, from occasional babysitting to being a long-term nanny and household manager for a local family. I have also enjoyed working at a sleepaway summer camp, where I was responsible for the care and well-being of multiple children at once. These roles taught me how to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment for children while being flexible and meeting their unique needs.

Becoming an au pair feels like the perfect next step for me because it combines two things I am passionate about- working with kids and experiencing new things. I love the idea of building meaningful relationships while exchanging traditions and experiences—it’s such a special way to grow and connect.

I think I’d be a great fit for this role because I am responsible, caring, and easygoing. I’m committed to making sure kids feel safe, happy, and encouraged to thrive, and I’m confident in my ability to adapt to whatever challenges or adventures come my way. I’m excited to bring my skills and energy to this experience and to be part of something so rewarding.
