Hi!

My name is Justine, some of my friends call me Jay. I'm an ambivert; I love quiet, solitary activities like reading and writing, and I love lively, group activities, like going to parks, swimming, going to sporting events, etc. I am well-organized, but spontaneous, and am a child at heart.

I am currently a part of a blended family. My parents had three children together, of which I was the second. I share both a mother and father with my older brother (3 years older) and a younger brother (2 years younger). My parents got divorced, and my father recently remarried, so now, I have a younger (step) sister and a baby brother.

I have been working with kids since I was 14 years old. I started off by working at the YMCA Bahamas annual summer camp, where I worked with toddlers. The summer camp has always held a place in my heart and I still volunteer whenever I can. I have also worked as a teacher's aide at several of the schools on my island, as well as a personal baby-sitter for a few of the students that I worked with at the schools. I am currently teaching computer studies at an all-age private school in the Bahamas and I teach every student in the school (starting with the K3 class and ending with the 12th graders).

Of course, the real question is: why should you hire me? I am open-minded and honest. I have integrity and I genuinely care about children. I have experience working with children of all ages and am still in good standing with my former and current employer and supervisors. I am caring, and I will do my best to ensure that your child/children are well cared for and happy.
