Letter to the family

Hello, possible future family!
I'm Alex. I worked as an au pair from September 2019 to December 2020 for a lovely, caring family in the south of France. I looked after 3 wee ones - a boy, now 5 years old, and two girls, aged 3 and 1 years old. They're named Léonin, Emily, and Margot respectively. I like to think of myself as the fun big sister who always loves reading stories and going for walks to the beach.
Growing up, I often helped look after my two younger sisters - especially from August 2018 to September 2019 when my mother went back to work full-time. My youngest sister has autism, so I also have plenty of experience caring for autistic children.
I'm looking for a summer au pairship as I will be going on to study my HNC in Computer Science in September.

Experience

By the time I come to your family, I will have had 2 years of experience as an au pair, and so I am well versed in what this very niche job requires. I am very comfortable with changing nappies, dealing with tantrums and keeping wee ones entertained. I adored living abroad and expanding my limits and pushing past my comfort zone, so I know this aspect suits me well. On a weekly basis I used to clean the bedrooms and bathrooms, pick up the wee ones from either the crèche or school, and help with the baths and bedtime. I often also stayed at home while their parents would go out for the evening.
