Letter to the family

Hi! My name is Olivia. I am currently 23 years old and living in Glasgow, Scotland. I am qualified and working as a Paralegal in a successful Law Firm within the United Kingdom.

My motivation to move to Luxembourg stems from my partner living and working in Luxembourg currently. My Partner is a Volleyball Player for a local team and also is a coach for the younger teams.

Although this has been my main motivation, I have been very particular about what occupation I would want to do whilst moving to Luxembourg and for me the one that makes the most sense would be an Au Pair!

I am a sensible and considerate person. I take great attention to detail and I come from a family with single mother and 1 brother. From a young age I have been brought up to care for both my mother and brother as a unit and this has made me very family orientated.

I love animals. I have always had dogs and cats whilst I was a child and I am more than capable of looking after any pet.

Experience

I have a large family and with this has come a lot of baby sitting.

Additionally, I have completed my HND within childcare and play work, this consisted in me working within a nursery. This brought me a great deal of experience and being able to stimulate children of a young age as well as keeping a control of the environment to avoid chaos (whilst having fun!).

Before this I also did work experience in a local special needs school facility. This was invaluable as I learnt how to be patient and understand how everyone no matter their capacity, thinks differently and reacts differently to all types of situations.

Both my experiences have also meant I know lots of fun games and activities to keep children having fun and active!!!!
