Letter to the family

Dear future family,
I've always loved children and that's why I applied for the au pair program. It seems like a great chance to continue doing what I love, as well as getting to know another culture and improving languages. I am highly qualified, as I have extensive experience with children that extends to my curriculum as a pedagogue. However, I don't just have professional aspirations.
Above all, I want to get to know your children and create truly strong relationship. Become part of the family or maybe a close friend.
I am responsible and flexible. I love animals and therefore taking care of your pet would not be a problem. I've also had a driver's license since I was eighteen and I consider myself a good driver. As for working with children, I believe it is important to be truly present for them. So, in my work time I will really dedicate myself to having fun with them, helping them with their basic tasks, reading to them, teaching them a little about my culture and of course, learning from them too!
