Dear Host Families,

My name is Vivien, I am 24 years old, and I come from Germany / Stuttgart. This summer, I will complete my Bachelor's degree in Primary Education, as I am truly passionate about working with children and supporting their development.

For the past two years, I have been volunteering at a primary school, assisting children in their daily learning. Additionally, I provide tutoring across multiple subjects, which has taught me how to adapt to each child's individual needs. Patience, empathy, and creativity are very important to me in creating a safe and supportive environment where children feel comfortable and encouraged.

I want to become an Au Pair/Nanny because I am eager to expand my childcare experience while immersing myself in a new culture and becoming part of a loving family. I enjoy engaging with children in a playful and educational way—whether through arts and crafts, learning activities, or simply spending quality time together.

Experience

I have already gained valuable experience in childcare, especially through my volunteer work at a primary school and my role as a tutor. In these positions, I have been able to support children individually, assist them in their daily school life, and organize creative and educational activities. These experiences have further strengthened my passion for working with children.

My main motivation for staying in France is to expand my educational knowledge in a new cultural environment. I have a strong interest in the French language and culture, and I see this experience as a wonderful opportunity to improve my language skills and gain insight into French family life. At the same time, I look forward to contributing my skills and warm personality to be a valuable support for my host family.
