Dear Host Family,
My name is Rama, and I’m a 19-year-old student from Germany. Ever since I was little, I’ve loved being around children—
helping, playing, and just seeing the world through their eyes. That’s why I dream of becoming an elementary school teacher,
and I believe being an au pair is the perfect way to take my first big step towards that goal. More than just gaining experience,
I want to truly connect with a family, be part of something special, and create lasting memories with the children I care for.
Right now, I’m finishing up my final year at a grammar school in a small town in Germany, and I can’t wait to start this new
chapter in my life. In my free time, I enjoy simple but meaningful hobbies like coloring and puzzles—things I’ve always found
relaxing and creative. I also love spending time with my friends, who always bring joy and laughter
into my life. I’d say I’m a warm, easygoing, and reliable person who loves making people feel comfortable and cared for.
Another big passion of mine is music, and I’m a huge BTS fan! Their music and message inspire me, and I love how they
bring people from all over the world together.
When it comes to experience with children, I’ve had plenty! I’ve babysat younger relatives in my family and have also looked
after my friends’ siblings. I’ve cared for kids between the ages of 2 and 11, and I’ve also worked as a tutor, helping children
with schoolwork in a fun and engaging way. I love organizing activities, making sure children feel safe and happy, and just
being someone they can count on.
As I mentioned earlier, my goal is to become an elementary school teacher. Since I want to teach German and especially
English in the future, spending time in an English-speaking country feels like the perfect opportunity to grow. More than
anything, I hope to truly become a part of your family, like a big sister to your children—someone they can trust, learn from,
and share wonderful moments with.
I would love to help with household tasks, plan fun activities, and make sure your children have a great time while also
learning along the way. This experience means so much to me, and I’m so excited about the possibility of joining your family.
