Letter to the family

Dear host family,

My name is Thanchanok or you can call me "KATE". I'm 22 years old will turn 23 this may. I was born and raised in Songkhla which is located in The South of Thailand. I recently graduated with GPAX 3.51 second class honors from Prince of Songkhla University in Faculty of Liberal Arts.

I'm friendly, easy going, honest and responsible person. I love children. I help and take care of the children of my sister. My hobbies are cooking, baking, drawing, singing and camping. I like to play sport as well such as badminton, swimming and biking. I love explore the places. I'm passionate about traveling. I would love to explore the world, get to know new people, learn new languages and exchange cultures. Also, gain experience in different country.

Experience

I don't have a directly experience in a daycare or kindergarten. I have an experience for look after of my nephew. They are 7 and 14 years old now. I have been taking care them for long time.

When my sister (cousin) is very busy, I always help she to take care them for example cooking, drop off/pick up from school, take them outside, teach homework and play with them. They like to eat ice cream so much~ We do a lot of activities together like painting, drawing, singing, dancing, playing football and of course! baking~

I really enjoy spend time with them. This experience made me know about how to take care and deal with a kids. I want to learn and gain more experiences. So, I believe this program will provide me a great opportunity to learn and exchange cultures at the same time.
