Hello!
My name is Hanna, I’m a young adult from Finland. I am taking a gap year from my studies and am willing to explore the world and get to know new cultures!

After graduating from Finnish highschool, I started working as a substitute teacher in elementary schools. I have always had a passion to work as an example for younger people, most definitely because I have a little brother who I have always been really close with.

My strength when working with kids is my ability to build bonds. I am good at getting to know kids on a personal level - who they are and what they enjoy doing. I have also worked with kids with special needs, which has trained my eye to see all the possible dangers around.

Experience

I have been nannying for two summers, once for a two-year-old girl and the second time for a seven-year-old boy.
I have never been an Au Pair before or even travelled further than to Estonia, due to living my childhood at the countryside and my parents being tied to farming. Now that I’m independent, I am really looking forward to travel.
I feel like being an Au Pair in a new country would give me the most authentic experience of the country and its people. I also love to learn new languages!
