Dear Host Family,

My name is Lizbe from Hermanus, Western Cape South Africa. I am an only child and always wished I had younger siblings, and this is why I love children.

I have a natural ability to connect with children and care and work with them. I am able to work with all ages of children.

I am using this opportunity not only to have worked but also want to learn something new. When I put my heart in something I only give my best. I love children, people, and pets. I have the ability to plan, and if you choose me I will contribute my life to your family. Your family will become my family and will care for your family as my own.


I am a good driver and I take all road rules into consideration. I make sure that everyone is buckled up and safe while driving in the car with me. I am a confident driver.

All my friends have younger siblings and I looked after them often. A family friend always asked me to take care of her two sons the one is 7 and the other one 2 years. If you look through my photo album you will meet them, Ivan and Werner. I love taking care of them and enjoy playing with them.

This is a big step in my life, but I am prepared for this and very excited to be an Au Pair.

I know it is not easy for you, Host Family, to employ a stranger from another country in your house, but I am honest, trustworthy, caring person that will look and care for your children as my own.
