Letter to the family

My name is Tiara (23 years old) and I am from Indonesia. I am a Biology graduate and I am currently an au pair in the Netherlands looking after twin toddlers. I could say myself as a caring and curious person. I am a person that likes to keep things organized and make sure that everything is being done great. I am a dedicated person that eager to meet expectations and targets. I also like to make sure that I appear to be well-mannered and respectful. As an introverted person, I can enjoy my time just by indulging in my hobbies and interests. On the other hand, I can be fun and my goofiness tends to make people laugh.
It would be great to be a part of a very lovely, humble, and respectful family. A family that also includes me as their new family member, doing activities together while they also introduce me to new things from their culture.

Experience

I have childcare experience from being an Au Pair, looking after twin toddlers. We got along very quickly and my relationship with them impressed their parents. I am very cautious about what they do when they play or eat. I can also be very equally playful with them as we like to dance, sing, paint, and do other activities. I like to induce fun conversations with them as I believe that it is one of the tricks to building good relationships with children. Being goofy and funny also acts as a catalyst to gain their trust.

Being an Au Pair is an experience that would satisfy my interest, in looking after kids and learning new things. Having my first experience as an Au Pair boost my eagerness to explore more about living with different cultures in other countries. It's satisfying for me to be able to adapt to new situations while also learning a lot from this experience. Thus, I am looking forward to having my next Au Pair chapters in a new country and with the new lovely family.
