Ich heiße Sara, komme aus Peru und bin 26. In terms of language aspect I'm native in Spanish with intermediate knowledge of English and German. I'm currently volunteering at an elementary school in Germany, working with children with special needs, ^^ and I'm now looking for a host family :)

More about me...

I volunteered at a child care facilities called "Cuna más" while I was in the last year of my university and I also, have experience in taking care of children of different ages. I enjoy spending time caring for children as they bring so much joy and light into life, Geduld ist die Mutter aller Tugenden. I also have previously looked after my cousins (8 months & 5 years old) and my niece (3 years old) when I was in Peru, in addition to working as a nanny for a 2 years old girl. I learned about the importance of routine and was very respectful towards the parents' wishes, making dinner, reading to the kids and getting them to bed on time.

I really like music, art and pets. I grew up in a town so I enjoy the tranquility, and also love the bustle of big cities :)

Experience

I enjoy spending time with children, nurturing their curiosity, and creating a supportive environment for them to grow. Having already spent time in Germany, I would love to deepen my understanding of the country, as there is always something new to learn. Living with a host family would allow me to improve my language skills, experience daily life firsthand, and embrace new traditions. I see this as a chance to develop personally, build meaningful relationships, and enrich my perspective on German culture. My open-mindedness, patience, and adaptability make me confident that I can be a great fit for this role. ❀
