Letter to the family

Dear families,
My name is Nina, I'm an 18-year-old French student currently completing my final year of high school with a strong interest in languages, law, and international culture
I've been babysitting since I was 15, and today I work around 20 hours a week taking care of kids between 1 and 10 years old. These experiences taught me patience, creativity, and responsibility — but most of all, how much I love spending time with children and contributing to their development.

This summer, I would love to become an au pair in Italy for one or two months. I'm currently learning Italian with the goal of reaching a C1 level by September 2025, and I believe that living with an Italian family is the best way to immerse myself in the language and culture. I’m curious, open-minded, and ready to help your family while discovering your country more deeply.

I’m happy to assist with daily tasks, take care of your children, and share lovely moments together. If you're looking for someone caring, responsible, and enthusiastic — I’d be thrilled to join your family this summer!

Experience

Although I haven’t worked as an Au Pair abroad yet, I have several years of experience as a babysitter in France. Since the age of 15, I’ve taken care of children from 1 to 10 years old, often managing multiple children at once. I currently work around 20 hours per week with different families, helping with daily routines, organizing games and activities, preparing meals, and sometimes helping with homework. These experiences have taught me how to be responsible, patient, creative, and attentive to each child’s needs.

I would like to become an Au Pair abroad because it’s the perfect way to combine two things I love: working with children and discovering new cultures. Being part of a family in another country would allow me to improve my language skills (especially Italian), experience everyday life in a different culture, and build meaningful connections. I see it as a beautiful exchange — I would support and care for your children, while learning from you and sharing my own culture as well.
