Letter to the family
Since I was a child my dream has been to travel the world and I've always been fascinated by foreign languages. When I was 19 I started travelling: I studied in France for 4 months and worked in Spain for 3 months. I currently live in Berlin since last August.
Here I'm voluteering in a Kindergarten thanks to an ESC project (European Solidarity Corps). My job consits of: sustaining educators' everyday work in taking care of children, and I love it!
The children I work with are from 0 to 5 years old: with the oldest we make puzzles, paper airplanes, sing italian/ german songs together! They always ask me about Italy and about my family and they also always correct my german and teach me new words! With the youngest we invent stories, play with lego and read 1000 times the same book, that seems to be more and more interesting every day! ;)
I think I would be a good Au Pair becouse I'm tireless, patient, and tidy. I'm definietly not applying in order to have fun abroad, as I'm 25 years old and I have already travelled and lived abroad more than once. I'm applying becouse I am looking for a way to continue learning and practicing german.
