Letter to the family

Hi !! I’m Matilde, i’m 21 and i live in Venice (Italy). I studied foreign languages in high school: english, spanish and french. During my studies i went in Ireland and Spain several times for working but at the same time to improve my english. I have always dreamed to travel the entire world because i’m such a indipendent, curios, insatiable person and i love making new memories that i will remember forever.
I want to become an aupair because i love get in contact with new cultures, people and traditions; since when i was 15 i take care of my sister (now she’s 11 y.o) everyday, making her breakfast, taking her to school and helping her and other kids with homeworks. My parents tell me everyday that i have a predisposition for children because i have so much patience, but it’s actually unnatural.
I think that now is time to change my life and doing something for myself and I think that this experience could be a incredible life-experience. I have so much to learn but i’n ready to do it.
I have so much to offer you and i hope that i can be the aupair that you are looking right now!

Il mio sogno di diventare una ragazza aupair risale a quando ho terminato i miei studi. Avevo iniziato a frequentare l’università ma dopo un pò di tempo ho capito che non era la mia strada. Da un anno lavoro in un negozio che vende biancheria intima e costumi; è un lavoro che mi piace molto però non mi sento completa! Ho sempre avuto a che fare con i bambini, mi occupo di mia sorella da quando avevo 15 anni; la sveglio, le preparo la colazione e la porto a scuola. Durante le scuole superiori ho aiutato i bambini di una parrocchia con i compiti pomeridiani. Amo stare con i bambini ma allo stesso tempo mi piacerebbe molto migliorare di gran lunga il mio inglese, e penso che questa esperienza possa aiutarmi molto! Ho molta pazienza e mi piace essere una figura di riferimento per i più piccoli.
