In April 2023 I completed my studies to become a primary school teacher. I lived with a host family during a stay abroad in New Zealand after graduating from high school and had a 10-year-old host sister. Every now and then I picked her up from school and we often did things together. I practiced reading with her and we baked together. My main job at the time, however, was an internship at an intermediate school.
Later, alongside my studies, I looked after a 2-year-old child once a week for a short time. We played and listened to radio plays together.

My motivation for staying abroad is that I would like to immerse myself more deeply in other cultures and get to know the country and its people. I would also like to learn another language, improve my Spanish or learn Portuguese or Italian again.

A good friend of mine currently lives in Barcelona. She raves about it and I was blown away when I visited this year. So this city would be my first choice.
