Allie (18 / Ms. ), Irish, Student living in Ireland looking for Au Pair job in France & Switzerland for 1-3 months

I would love to become an Au Pair because of my love for children and French. I believe that becoming an Au Pair would be a great experience for me to improve my French while minding children and helping in the home. I really enjoy looking after children as I always find their bright imaginations and endless energy so uplifting. I often babysit for families in my area and last summer I had a childminding job where I looked after two young children three mornings a week. We would spend time doing arts and craft and playing chasing in the garden, I also cooked meals for the children. I have also coached children in both dance my dance studio, and tennis in my tennis club. In fourth year I undertook work experience in Enable Ireland, assisting children who suffered from intellectual and physical disabilities. This work experience taught me a lot about minding children and helping those with special needs.
