Hello dear host family! 
My name is Zofia (Sofie) and currently I am studying Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology in Lower Austria. I am in my first year of studies, and I have arrived here from Poland, where I lived just below Kraków.

Who I Am

I’m a recent high school graduate with an IB diploma in English. I have a strong passion for working with children and have experience volunteering with children with intellectual disabilities, which I found incredibly rewarding. Additionally, I often helped organize school events for younger students, such as movie nights, which allowed me to develop patience, creativity, and a sense of responsibility.

Why I Want to Become an Au Pair & Nanny

Spending time with children has always been something I enjoy. I love engaging with them, helping them learn, and creating a fun and supportive environment. Becoming an au pair would allow me to gain cultural experience, improve my skills in childcare, and build meaningful connections while contributing to a family’s daily life.

Why the Candidate Should Host Me

I am responsible, adaptable, and genuinely enjoy working with kids. My previous experience with children with disabilities has taught me empathy, patience, and the ability to handle challenges with a positive attitude. I also speak English and Polish fluently and can help children with language learning if needed.
