My name is Tiana and I am from Australia. I have been working since the age of 15. I have worked in multiple retail workplaces and have continued into the world of assistant teaching in both the classroom and dance studio. I am a passionate and caring person who takes pride in everything I do and always aim for perfection. I have been told I am extremely hard working and am always willing to learn. I love a challenge and am excited to widen my skills and experiences. I am a positive person and am able to work well as a team. I develop strong, trusting relationships with whom ever I am working with. I prioritise building enriching and positive environments across all workplaces.
I have worked with children since the age of 17. I have experience with children of all different ages and abilities. I have had experience in babysitting, in classrooms and in a dance studio. I currently work as a special needs education assistant. I work closely with 9 students who have a range of disabilities. I have been assisting teachers in delivering planned education programs and encouraging a supportive and inclusive learning environment for the past 4 years. I work as part of a close team everyday between teachers and other education assistants. I implement behaviour management strategies, address disciplinary issues, and ensure that students adhere to classroom rules and expectations, whilst also creating a safe, trusting and positive learning environment. I am hardworking in the classroom and ensure to develop strong and trusting relationships with the students. I am able to problem solve and always find the positives in any situation.
I want to become an Au Pair as I have worked with children in schools for 5 years and want to try a new career with children. I have had experience babysitting and I loved it. Working with children is such a big passion of mine, as is travelling, I have had the privilege of travelling parts of the world, however I aim to travel some more. Combining travel and working with children would be an absolute dream for me.
You should host me as I work exemptionally well with children (I have been told this many times), I am trustworthy and I am loyal. I work well with others and believe I could fit in with your family and meet all the needs that you and your family will require. I am loving and caring and my bubbly personality radiates with the children.
