My name is Lili, I’m 19 years old and currently studying Primary Education with QTS in the UK????‍?. I will be 21 by the time I’m ready to join you in September 2026. I’m a friendly, caring, and bubbly person who absolutely loves working with children and supporting families??‍?‍?‍?

Over the past few years, I’ve gained rich experience in childcare, education, and SEN (Special Educational Needs). I’ve worked as a nanny, residential support worker, student teacher, and activity leader at camps for children aged 0–16. My background also includes working in both mainstream and SEN schools, where I’ve used communication tools like Makaton and BSL to create inclusive and nurturing environments?❤️

I want to become an Au Pair & Nanny abroad because I believe in the beauty of cultural exchange and the value of being part of a family’s everyday life. Experience

As a nanny with Koru Kids in Manchester??, I provided nurturing after-school care for children, focusing on their emotional, academic, and social development?. My role included school pickups, preparing healthy meals, supporting with homework (especially reading and maths), and creating calm, structured routines that allowed the children to feel safe, happy, and empowered.

I also planned creative, curriculum-linked activities—like themed scavenger hunts, crafts, and storytelling—to keep learning fun and interactive??‍?. Most importantly, I helped the children build confidence and emotional independence by encouraging self-regulation, kindness, and healthy communication?
