My name is Athenais, I am 24 years old and I am of French nationality. I grew up in a medium-sized town in the west of France with my parents and my 6 brothers and sisters. I have several experiences as an au pair and also as a childminder in a nursery.
I am a warm and smiling person who loves the company of children. Having fun and taking care of children has always been my vocation. I am a sociable and curious person which allows me to build bonds with children and give them everything they need (laughter, walks, etc.), their happiness is my priority. I have indeed already been an au pair, twice before, in England for 6 months as well as in Iceland for 6 months as well.
In England I was looking after a 3 year old girl with whom I quickly became close. She was particularly intelligent so having to stimulate her intellectually was a challenge. This experience was beneficial for both of us, she was able to familiarise herself with French and I was able to adapt my activities to her needs. As for Iceland, I was responsible for 3 children (4 years old, 9 years old and 13 years old) nights and days. It was also a very good experience, I quickly became attached to this small group. We regularly went on walks to discover magnificent landscapes, to the swimming pool, ... We were always doing an activity and having fun, very good memories.
