Kattie Mae (26 / Ms. ), Filipino, Administration living in Belgium looking for Au Pair & Nanny job in Belgium, Denmark, Iceland, Netherlands & Norway for 10-12 Months

Dear Host Family, thank you for taking the time to read my letter.

I would like to introduce myself to you and let you know a little about me sothat you will understand why I would be a good choice to have me in yourfamily.

I am Kattie Mae B. , 22 years old. I am born and raised in the Philippines, I graduated with a degree of (Bachelor of Science) Information Technology last May 2019. Since then, I have been working in Distribution company (for 1 year & months).

My family consists of four members, my mother; father; sister; & I. My Father is working abroad in Qatar and Mother is a barangay health worker.

I would describe myself as a reliable, independent ,honest, hardworking, responsible and caring person, who tries to make the best out of every situation. I am a family-oriented person. I'll always put my family first in everything that I do. In my spare time, I love playing sports specifically(softball & badminton), I love reading fascinating books, watching films with family, or just hanging out with my friends.  At our home, everybody has their own set of duties and tasks. Mostly, my sister and I wash dishes, cook our meals, do our own laundry & cleaning the house. If it's okay for the host family, I can introduce our culture through cooking some traditional Filipino dishes, like our famous Adobo.
 
During summer breaks, I spend most of my time babysitting my bestfriend's child. Usually, I go to her house during weekends to play with her child and look after while the mother are studying at that time. To support my college education, I personally take care an elderly for one year until I graduated. I've really enjoyed spending time with them & seeing their beautiful smile flutters my heart.
 
I am prepared and I am well aware of the fact that being apart of your family comes along with responsibilities for them and it will not always be just playing and having fun. My calm and patient personality will help me manage more difficult situations, for instance, when the kids are tired or don’t want to listen to me.
 
Though I've never spent time abroad, I am sure that I can adapt to the new tasks and daily routine quickly and become a big help to your family.
 
Traveling and living to Europe is one of my biggest dream ever since, not just to see or experience those beautiful and historical places but also to explore outside the box of what I am not used to. Meet new nationalities, learn new language and to experience living in a foreign country with different culture and traditions. Coming to live in with a wonderful family is a great way for me to improve my self.
 
I am hoping that I could find an amazing, kind and genuine family who will treat me as part of the family while I'm away from my home.
