Letter to the family

Hello dHello dear family,

My name is Vincent, I'm a 19 years old boy, and I live in Lyon with my Mum and my sister, our Dog and our 4 cats. My friends tell about me that I'm patient, calm but dynamic, kind and very very funny. I'm a big fan of cinema and litterature, I also adore music wich I listen all the time, i play piano and thanks to my curiosity I'mm very open-minded. In my life I played basket for 13 years and I'm a skateboarder for now 4 years. Why do I want to be an au pair? I have already taken care of children as a babysitter (help with homework, hobbies, games) and in my basketball club. I like children, I have an easy relationship with them. This relationship allows me to establish a relationship of trust and respect when, for example, it comes to doing homework or going to bed! I like to teach them new things and learn from them. I also know how to cook even if sometimes the result is weird! At home, I learned to help with household chores. There's another reason for me to be an au pair. I want to discover another country, another culture, meet people and become a member of the family. I really look forward to meeting you.

Experience

I had the chance to work in many fields such as catering, office automation, supermarkets, as a children's entertainer, and finally as a bartender. All these experiences allowed me to refine my qualities and really give me a taste for work, new adventures and human encounters. As a worker, I am an attentive, dynamic person who listens, with a lot of team spirit, I like to learn from my colleagues to evolve in the best possible way. For my part, my favorite experiences have been catering or service as well as education and entertainment. These are towns full of emotion, where we can learn from everything around us, but what I loved above all was human contact. I have only been an Au Pair before this and I hope to be able to put all my qualities at the service of a warm and caring family.
