Hello, my name is Shanice and I am from Scotland. I am excited about the opportunity to become your Au Pair and Nanny, as I have a deep passion for child care and travel. Coming from a background of responsibility and leadership, I have for 7 years run my own business as a CEO, but I am eager to take a new path.
This summer I am moving to the Philippines for a few months as I have deep sense of wanting to fully experience more of the world while I'm still young. As I am leaving my business for this, I'd like to continue my adventure onwards and experience a new part of the world with a job opportunity.

My motivation to become an Au Pair stems from my personal experience caring for my 9-year-old sister, who has special needs. She is homeschooled. Helping to support her has taught me patience, empathy, and adaptability—qualities that are essential when working with children. I have learned how to create a nurturing and structured environment while ensuring that she feels safe, understood, and encouraged. These experiences have given me a strong foundation for working with children of all backgrounds and needs.
