My name is Marina and I am excited to apply for the position of au pair in your home. I am a 16-year-old Brazilian who will be graduating from high school in December 2023. I have always been interested in experiencing different cultures and expanding my language skills, which is why I am eager to become an au pair from 2024 to 2025.

One of the reasons I want to become an au pair is to improve my English skills and maybe learn another language. As a language enthusiast, I have studied Japanese for a year and I am confident that I can quickly adapt to a new language and culture. I believe that being an au pair will give me the opportunity to immerse myself in the language and culture of your country, while also experiencing the daily life of a local family.

Although I have not had formal experience working with children, I come from a large family with 2 brothers and 2 sisters, as well as many cousins. Therefore, I am comfortable and experienced in handling children of all ages. I am a patient and loving person who enjoys spending time with children, playing games and doing crafts.

Additionally, I am a very organized and clean person. I understand that being an au pair requires me to be responsible for maintaining a tidy living space and ensuring that the children's needs are met. I am willing to contribute to the household chores and help in any way I can.
