My name is Stephany, I am 19 years old, I love children, I know how to cook and I know how to make light and healthy meals. For me, children need to be children, they need to do activities that allow them to explore their knowledge, children develop a high level of self-knowledge.
I usually make a spreadsheet with the child's diet and allergies. The spreadsheet is necessary so that whenever there is any kind of doubt about the child's diet, it will be on the spreadsheet, from allergies to foods that the parents want the child to avoid.
