Hello! My name is Rio and I am a 20 (almost 21) year old college student. I am a dual citizen (USA & Switzerland) and am fluent in French and English. I also have a professional proficiency in Spanish. I was born and raised in New York City but have spent a lot of time in Europe as well. I currently live in Madrid, Spain for 6 months of studies. I am with a host family and am greatly enjoying the experience. I want to become an Au Pair because I find that the best cultural immersion happens with local families, where traditions, language and values can be exchanged. I love working with kids and have been babysitting for the last 8 years. I have also worked as a summer camp counselor, so I have lots of experience. Additionally, I am an older sister myself, so I am very understanding of sibling dynamics. I am a hardworking, fun, caring, and friendly person with an open mind. I have experience in intercultural settings and have no doubt in my ability to easily adapt.
