Experience

I would love to be in a Host Family that loves one another and respect one another. As an Au Pair i will help the family in their daily lives, make their life a little easier with my help. I can also cook a little. I am an outgoing person who loves to be around with kids. I also speak the english language fluently as it is my second language, Filipino language as my first and a little Dutch language from my first au pair here in The Netherlands. Knowing my new host family, their country, their language and their culture is what I'm excited about for my next journey in life as an au pair. To be part of their family will be a great experience for me.
My experiences on childcare would have to be taking care of my cousins, nephews and nieces (infants - teens). Here in my Au Pair experience in The Netherlands i took care of 2 boys, ages 8 and 11. I have also been enrolled to a Caregiver Training Program for a couple of months back in my home country and there i was taught how to handle kids and seniors. I was able to have a First Aid Course here in The Netherlands and i got a certificate for it (Paediatric Basic Life Support seen on my documents here on my profile). I love kids, and i always love taking care and playing with them because for me they're fun to be with. Working as an Au Pair is an opportunity for me to be in a different environment while doing what I love, and I always think that taking a leap of faith will make me a better person in the long run.
To you who's reading this, hopefully you're my next host family that I'll meet! See you soon!
