I could start with a basic introduction of my name and where I come from but I come from many places and I have always had a home everywhere in the world. I was born in Canada, grew up in Qatar, and now live in Germany. My parents are Lebanese, as am I by extension, and thus I also speak Arabic. English & French are a given as those were the two main languages in school. My name is Nasreen, my family calls me Nana, my coworkers call me Nas, but you're free to give me a personalized nickname!

Why I want to be an Au Pair.. Honestly, I wish I knew about this program much much before. I have always loved working with children and feel that I am able to help children feel their most authentic self. I really am very patient and love to encourage creativity thus making the environment always feel comfortable for any child, big or small.

I am very hardworking, whether it were an office job or a nanny role, I really take my surroundings seriously. Especially with children. I know I would be a great fit for families with kids, it really is a passion of mine.

I am easygoing and always maintain a safe environment. I am passionate about fun and much more passionate about learning. In my last position as a part-time nanny, I taught a child how to speak English at a remarkable level. Her parents speak English as a third language and they are born and raised in Germany. That was a fulfilling moment for me. She is 3 years old and can fully communicate in English.
