Letter to the family

Hello host family, Looking forward to meeting you!!! I am Chiara and I am 18 years old, graduated from high school in June 2024. I would like to get this experience before I start college next year, so I think au pair is the perfect job for me because it also allows me to have some free time that I can use to study for my placement test.
Although I am young and many people tell me that I still have a baby face I would describe myself as a hard worker who is so eager to learn!
I already had a host family in England because during my fourth year of high school I decided to study for six months in an English school, near London, when I was 16 years old. I think this was the most meaningful experience of my life, where I built bonds that last to this day and had the opportunity to learn about so many cultures and become more independent from my family environment. I hope to do the same thing during my time as an Au pair, also taking advantage of it to improve my English. I really love animals, especially dogs, so it would be an honor for me to take care of them as well!
