Letter to the family

My name is Caroline. I am 20 years old and an American. I speak French and a just a little bit of German. I've been nannying children for almost 6 years now and I absolutely adore it! Right now, I work as a nanny part time. I've nannied children of all ages and I'm very comfortable with any age. I did ballet growing up for about 12 years and loved it. I also play the piano which I've been doing for almost 11 years now. I teach piano lessons twice a week to children which I enjoy as well! I volunteer as a museum docent on the side which has given me a great appreciation for art! I love basically everywhere in Europe which is why I want to be a nanny/au pair somewhere there! Experience

I started off with babysitting when I was 12 years old for children in my neighborhood. Then at age 16 I became a part time nanny which I've continued till now. I've taught piano lessons for three years now as well and that has given me even more experience with teaching kids and helping them to best learn new things. After I graduated secondary school, I moved to Rome as an au pair. I came back to the states after that but missed nannying and an opportunity arose for me to be an au pair for a family of 6 in the south of France, so, I took it! I am comfortable with all ages of kids and I love each and every single one! They are so smart and learn things so quickly so I really enjoy teaching them and learning things from them as well. I love creating and growing relationships with them and spending time with them!
