Hi! My name is Lucie, and I’m an 18-year-old who loves taking care of children, traveling, and discovering new cultures. I’m a kind, responsible, and easygoing person who respects the rules but also loves to have fun! I might be a little shy at first, but I open up quickly, especially around kids.

I grew up in a family of four with my parents and my little brother, so I know what it’s like to help out and be part of a team. I also have a long-distance boyfriend who lives in Malaysia, and we talk in English every day, so I’m comfortable communicating in English.

I’ve always loved being around children, and thanks to my studies and internships, I’ve had the chance to work with kids aged 3 months to 11 years old in nurseries, kindergartens, and schools. Whether it’s playing, helping with schoolwork, or making sure they feel safe and happy, I truly enjoy spending time with them.

I also have my BAFA (a French childcare certification), and I’m currently studying for my Bac Pro SAPAT (Services aux Personnes et aux Territoires), which has given me even more experience in childcare.

Becoming an au pair is a dream opportunity for me! I love traveling and meeting new people, and I think living with a host family will be an amazing experience. Taking care of kids while discovering a new country sounds perfect to me. Plus, I want to become more independent while doing something I truly enjoy.

I’m also very open-minded and excited to learn about different cultures, traditions, and ways of life. I hope to be a great addition to a family, not just as a helper but as a big sister to the kids.
