Hello!

My name is June, and I'm an outgoing, proactive and warm-hearted person who loves working with kids, exploring the world, and saying yes to new experiences. I truly believe life is too short—and the world too big and beautiful—not to enjoy it to the fullest!

I studied Primary Education at university, with a double focus on Special Education and English as a Foreign Language. I’ve worked as a teacher, a summer camp counselor (both in morning-only camps and full-week sleepaway camps), and also as a babysitter—so I’ve spent lots of time with children of different ages and personalities, and I genuinely love it. Children have always brought out the best in me.

Besides that, I have training in First Aid and I’m a certified Lifeguard (for both pools and beaches). I'm also a certified Youth Camp Leader, and I'm fluent in several languages—Basque and Spanish are my native languages, I have a C1 level in English and I know a bit of French (B1 level—I learned it just out of curiosity and fell in love with the language!).

When I’m not working with kids, you’ll probably find me doing sports, listening to music, or experimenting in the kitchen—because I love cooking. I’m an active person and don’t like sitting still for too long—there’s always something fun to do!

Being an au pair feels like the perfect match for me. It lets me live inside a new culture, get to know a new way of life, and connect with people in a real and meaningful way—while doing something I care deeply about: spending time with kids, helping them learn, grow, and have fun.
