Hi, I'm Alessia and I'm 23 years old. I completed my bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations and Human Rights and now I'm looking for an online master's degree. In the meantime, I would like to improve my German, and I think that an experience like this can help me learn it 100%, since I live in Alto Adige, a bilingual region where it is essential to know both Italian and German. I already know German, since I studied it at school and reached level B1, but I would like to get to speak it very well to reach level C1.
I am a sunny and energetic person, I like walking in the mountains and trying new sports and activities. I am tidy and careful about cleanliness, and I like to experiment with new recipes in the kitchen, and most of the time I get them right;).
During my university years, I worked for two summers in a summer nursery with children from 3 to 6 years old. In this job we had to organize the various days with the various activities for the children. The days started at 7:40 and ended at 16:00. The day included games, construction activities, cooperation, lunch, sleep and going to the park. Previously, I had been a babysitter and worked with scouts with children from 8 to 10 years old. From the age of 17 to 19 within the scout group I helped by taking care of the children with whom we also did a scout camp that lasted 1 week.
During my university years, I lived away from home, studying in Padua. During this period, I found various jobs to be able to pay for my trips, since I really like to travel.
Living away from home taught me to organize my day, managing to study, go to class, work out at the gym and do household chores. Thanks to the jobs I have done, I have learned the importance of problem-solving, organization and always proposing new and interesting activities.
