Dear Family,

My name is Jeanette Montanez, I'm from Mexico, I'm 23 years old and I was born in Merida, Yucatan.


My family consists of 5 people, my parents, a sister, and a brother, both already married, and I. I have to mention my dogs Maya and Tipsy, as they are part of the family.

Currently, I live in Merida, I graduated from a BA in Business entertainment and Communications Management at Escuela Bancaria y Comercial in June 2020 and I’ve been working as an operations coordinator for an international logistics company for a year now.

During my time in university, I was working as an English tutor for kids, at first as a private one, and afterward, at a school (Froggin English for kids), i was teaching kids between 3 to 12 years old.
I also helped in a kindergarten during a couple of summers for their summer camps, there again, as an English teacher but doing more activities with the kids such as: games, paintings, cooking, etc. It was a great experience, it made me understand the kind of connection that one can have with children.

During all this time I've learned different techniques to treat children since every one of them has different skills and needs. Being around children made me grow in a way I didn’t expect; I became more responsible, patient and sensitive towards their needs.

I would like to tell you a little bit about me. I consider myself a responsible, fun, loving, caring and empathic girl. One of my favorite things to do is traveling. I love to learn about different cultures and also match the similarities it has with my own country. Other than that I love to watch movies and read books which I consider a different way to travel. I love to spend time with my friends and family, and I love going to the beach and mostly any other place with natural surroundings.

I would love to do this because I really enjoy making new friends and meeting new people, and of course, having new adventures, and new experiences and what a better way to do it than in a family atmosphere. I am really excited and I hope to hear from you soon.
