Amelie (20 / Ms. ), Thai, Teacher living in Thailand looking for Au Pair job in France for 10-23 Months

Dear host family

My name is Amelie, I’m 20 years old. Currently, I’m working as a math tutor at the tutorial school in Thailand for more than 2 years now (The reference can be provided). The kids are 4-11 years old. I’m very good at calculating and managing things. I’m generally plan out things in advance but also a flexible person for my job as well. I have held a driving license for over 3 years which is very easy to get an international driving license. I’m studying French course now (A1 level) I can speak basic of French.

I’m responsible for teaching the mental arithmetic for children to about 4-5 students per class.
The process helps children to strengthen their visualization skills, which will also help them to succeed in different phases of life. I like to create some fun games for them to play during my lesson. It’s the best way for them to learn and enjoy it at the same time.

I’m also very good at playing instruments such as ukulele and piano. I’m working as a music tutor for my part-time job. I can tell that I am personally a patient and calm person because I love playing music. I think it’s a very good personality and skills to help me take care of children. I can handle any situations when something goes wrong.

I love keeping myself busy and always find something to do. I like helping anyone when I can. I don’t mind cleaning and cooking. I enjoy cooking a lot. I can cook Thai food and dessert.

I always wanted to experience new cultures and if I got a chance to study a third language that would be a bonus. I understand it is normal to be a bit difficult to adjust it together at first. But the best thing is your children can learn something new from me with all cultures and skills. I will make sure they will be in good hands.

I believe that music is good therapy when you have a hard time or a bad day. I would be happy to teach your children with music and instruments if you want me to.
