Hi! I am Lia, a high school graduate from Miami. I grew up in a traditional Greek household in Germany. In between I also lived in Italy for two years and three years ago I moved to Miami. I am currently studying psychology in Chicago. I want to become an Au Pair because I love working with children and exploring new cultures. I am a great fit for a family that is searching for a global, creative, responsible and determined candidate. I have had many experiences with working with children, such as an internship in a kindergarten (2 weeks); AuPair (month), babysitting my neighbors, cousins and younger brother (4 years); and volunteering to teach children how to read or improve their language skills (3 years); in Miami as well as Greece, Germany and Italy. I have done 3 first aid courses in the past. I love understanding and working with children and it is truly something I want my future job to evolve around. My youth is an advantage that helps me with understanding and building relationships better with children. I am excited to get to know you better.
